Sustainable Earth Foundation (SEF) is a grassroots non-governmental organization based in Tanzania. We work with local communities to promote sustainable agriculture, protect and restore nature not only for today, but for the generations to come.

Founder & CEO
Driven by a deep passion for understanding communities and creating positive change, Gaspar Paul embarked on a journey as a sociologist and social entrepreneur. With a heart committed to sustainable development, Gaspar Paul has spent years engaging directly with grassroots communities, crafting innovative solutions that address both their immediate needs and long-term aspirations.
